• Depending on product availability, most orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday-Friday from our Trendy Halloween warehouse in Southern California.
• We do ship internationally. Click for a full international shipping policy.
• We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
• Weekend or Holiday-placed orders will begin processing on the next business day.
• Carriers only make pickups on business days. Delivery is subject to carrier's terms and conditions.
• We do not do local pick-up arrangements.
• Domestic orders with coupons may qualify for Free Shipping if they meet $39.99 minimum purchase after discounts are applied. Click for details.
• Natural disasters and conditions may delay your shipment. If you suspect this might be the case, simply follow your tracking information where there will be an alert posted on the carrier's site.
• You will be notified by email if your order is incomplete or contains problems (ie backorders, out-of-stock). If you have not received any emails, then please add customerservice@tendyhalloween.com to your address book.
• All product prices and shipping costs are in dollars (USD).

We offer worldwide shipping to countries like Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, and a few other countries. Orders are billed in United States Dollars. If you would like to see if we ship to your country please add items to cart to obtain a shipping estimate. Transit times vary due to custom and import processing at the destination point of entry. We are not responsible for these types of delays.

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your current order you must do so within 1 hour after placing your order. If you are within this timeframe please send us a request via this Contact Us form by clicking here. Any cancellation or change must be received before the cutoff.
