Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship worldwide. All orders are charged in United States Dollars. If you would like to see if we ship to your country, and to obtain a shipping estimate, please add desired items to your shopping cart.

How much will it cost to ship my order internationally?
Adding an item(s) to your cart will allow you to receive a shipping estimate (located on the right side of the webpage). Just select a state and zip code to calculate shipping button.

Will there be additional costs/duties/taxes due upon receipt of my order?
Trendy Halloween does not collect any custom charges or duties. International customers are responsible for all duties. We require phone numbers be provided so that authorities can contact you for customs clearance. Payment will need to be made by the customer upon arrival (which varies depending on the destination country). We cannot declare any order as a gift or lower the value of items being sent. 

What currency do you support?
All products prices and shipping costs are in dollars (USD).

What payment options do you accept?
Trendy Halloween accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Only one form of payment is accepted per transaction.

How long will it take to get my international order delivered to me?
Transit time is typically 10-25 business days (including handling time). Times may occassionally take longer than this. Transit times vary due to custom and import processing at destination point of entry. Trendy Halloween cannot be held responsible for these types of delays.

How come my tracking link shows no movement?
Unfortunately tracking is not updated for many countries and may never get formally marked as delivered. We ask that you allow 10-30 business days to receive your order.

You will be notified (via phone or note in your mailbox) by your local postal office of a parcel awaiting to be picked up and requiring payment for duties. Alternatively, you may contact your local postal office and provide them your order's tracking code. You can access your tracking code by visiting your account page here.  


Can I make changes to my order?

Our warehouse team works quickly in processing your order. We are sorry but we cannot remove or add additional items to your order. If you wish to cancel or make address changes to your current order you must do so within 1 hour after placing your order. If you are within this 1 hour timeframe please send us a request via this Contact Us form by clicking here. Any cancellation or address change must be received before the cutoff. For requests received after the cutoff, we'll try our best to cancel/change order. However, we cannot guarantee it.

CHANGES Changes to order. We'll do our best to make the changes, but there is no guarantee. Changes received after this cutoff will be staged for processing and running its course. Once you receive your order you may give us a call for an RMA.
