What type of payment do you accept?
Trendy Halloween accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Only one form of payment is accepted per transaction.


Do you charge sales tax?
Tax charges will be applied based on the state you live in and local taxes in that area. We only collect sales tax for shipments sent to California addresses.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We're sorry, but to protect customer's privacy we don't accept orders over the phone at this time.


How can I be assured that the site is safe for shopping? uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to prevent your information from being viewed by someone else when you submit it. It is a priority of ours so rest assured, you are 100% safe on our site.


Has my order been received?
As soon as you place your order, the browser window will refresh with a confirmation message summarizing your order details. You will also receive an email confirmation almost immediately after submission. Please double-check your spam folder as our emails sometimes end up there. Once your order ships, you will receive a secondary email with shipment details.


I did not get a confirmation email, can you resend it?
Since our system is automated, an email is automatically generated and sent to the email provided at checkout - however our e-mails do sometimes end up in the spam/junk folder. 

If you still haven’t received any message, please use the contact us form here and select Online Order Questions from the drop-down menu. Ensure you provide the name and email used during checkout and we will resend the confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. 

Can I make changes to my order?
Our warehouse team works quickly in processing your order. We are sorry but we cannot remove or add additional items to your order. If you wish to cancel or make address changes to your current order you must do so within 1 hour after placing your order. If you are within this 1-hour timeframe please send us a request via this Contact Us form by clicking here. Any cancellation or address change must be received before the cutoff. For requests received after the cutoff, we'll try our best to cancel/change orders. However, we cannot guarantee it.

I’d like to cancel my order, how do I go about doing that?
For your convenience, orders placed before 10 am PST will begin processing that same business day. If you wish to cancel or make changes, submit your request within 1 hour by logging into My Account here and leaving a note there or filling out a Contact Us request form here.

What is the status of my order?
You can review your order history by signing into your account here and then clicking on the “View Order” button.


Why can't I log in to view the details/updates on my order?
If you checked out as a guest you cannot log back in into an account that you didn't create. Please send us an inquiry via our Contact Us form here.


Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Learn full return details here.


I just placed an order last week, and now it’s on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
We’re sorry, but at this time Trendy Halloween doesn’t offer price adjustments or partial refunds.

Will I receive my order in time for Halloween?

We ship all of our items from several warehouses ALL located in Southern California.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All orders are charged in United States Dollars. Furthermore, all duties must be paid by the customer upon arrival and vary depending on the destination country.

What does this costume include?
We make every effort to accurately describe an item however if you find that a listing lacks information, please use the Contact Us here page and leave us a quick message stating the name of the product and/or item number. We will make every effort to contact you within 24-48 business hours (perhaps a little longer during the Halloween season).

Why won't it let me add this item to my cart? Is it in stock? It only allows me to "Add to Wishlist"?
Unfortunately, this is an indication that the item is out of stock and can only be added to your wishlist should the item become available at a later time.

Can I make a special request to buy an item not currently on your website?

How do I get sizing information about a product?

I received my Halloween animated prop without instructions, can you help me?
We're very sorry about this! You can find copies of your favorite Halloween animatronics currently available for download here.


Do you sell e-gift cards?
Yes, we sell electronic gift cards in denominations of $25, $50 and $100. There is no shipping required as they are all emailed digitally. Learn more here.


Your product is listed as a final sale? Why?
We carry an assortment of items that are increasingly difficult to ship, and/or are oversized and cannot be returned for any circumstance. 


All mascot costumes (except Skin Suits) Beards, wigs, bald caps, facial hair or any other artificial hair
Props that require special delivery Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
Partial party kits Cosmetics
Disposable helium tanks Party Supplies
Any item that has been worn, used or altered CDs and DVDs

Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?
We’re sorry, but we’re currently not equipped to process pick-ups. We're an online-only company.
