Trendy Halloween values your complete satisfaction. If there's any problem with your order, we'll do everything possible to fix it. We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy on most of our products (see our limitations chart below for full details).

Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way and must be complete in the original packaging. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. Refunds are for merchandise only and do not include shipping charges. 

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us immediately within 2 days of receipt of shipment.

Q. Can I exchange my item(s)?

A. To optimize stock flow efficiencies we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you'll need to place a new order for the item(s). If you’ve had the item(s) for less than 14 days, you can request an RMA via our Contact Us form here. Once your RMA is approved and you’ve shipped back your initial order, a refund will be issued on your first transaction upon the receipt of your return (usually 1-2 weeks). All terms and conditions in this page applies to your return.

 

 

 

Q. How many days do I have to return the item(s)?

A. We offer 14 days of item(s) receipt for returns on most of our products - hassle free! See exceptions in table below. Once you receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) however, we must receive your return within 20 days from issue date of RMA. Anything later than 20 days will not be credited. We’re sorry, but we aren’t responsible for any returned items that become lost in transit. 

If an item(s) is returned without a Trendy Halloween issued RMA, you will be subject to 30% minimum restocking fee of your order. If your unauthorized return is past our 14-day return policy, your shipment will be sent back to you or you will need to cover return shipping costs.

 

 

 



Q. Will you accept just any returned product?

A.
No.

1.) Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way. They must be complete in their original packaging.
Any return received with missing items and/or without original packaging will not be credited. If we as a committee determine that the products have been used, we won't be able to offer you any type of refund and will keep the item until you pay for return shipping. If after a period of 21 days you (as the customer) do not respond to our communication, the item will be disposed and we cannot be held liable. 

2.) If we receive the item damaged (more than you described), you will be held responsible and charged up to a 40% restocking fee. To prevent the item getting damaged en route back we suggest you carefully package the items and purchase a delivery tracking service and/or insurance for a small fee.

3.) If we receive the item incomplete (missing items and/or without original packaging), you will be held responsible and charged up to a 40% restocking fee. To prevent this issue we suggest purchasing a delivery tracking service and/or insurance for a small fee. Double-check that you’ve included the complete costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse.


Customers wishing to return products must submit in writing requests via our RMA request form found here: http://www.trendyhalloween.com/contactus.aspx. To expedite the process of the turnaround, please provide pictures when possible. 

PLEASE NOTE: Wait for Trendy Halloween customer service to issue you an RMA approval number. Usually within 24-48 business hours. If an item(s) is returned without a Trendy Halloween issued RMA, you will be subject to a minimum of a 30% restocking fee.

Any item that has been worn, used or altered CDs and DVDs
Lighting, bubble and fog machines Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)
Wholesale samples Undergarments, socks and stockings

 

 



Q. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

A.
 We're very sorry this occurred, we do everything we can to prevent this from happening. If you receive a damaged item you must notify us immediately within 2 days of receipt of shipment. You will need to go through our return process, by filling out this form. A full refund (including shipping) will be issued at the receipt of item/package. We'll take care of return shipping as well. We're sorry, but to ensure we get the original product back for conducting a full investigation, you'll need to place a new order to obtain a replacement.

 

 

 



Q. What if I just want to cancel or make a change to my order that I just placed?

A. For your convenience, orders placed before 10am PST will begin processing that same business day. If you wish to cancel or make changes, you will have 1 hour after placing your order to do so. Please submit your request by logging into your My Account here and leaving a note there or filling out a Contact Us form here.

Please understand that we cannot guarantee any cancellations/changes after this cutoff period as the order is being staged for processing. Q. How do I fill out the Returns Form?

A.
 To obtain a RMA number. Please follow these steps:

1.) Go to the Contact Us page found here http://www.trendyhalloween.com/contactus.aspx. 
2.) Scroll to the bottom form and select from the Inquiry topic drop-down menu, Online Order Questions
3.) Fill out your 

Name
Email used for the order
Order number

4.) Select from Order Topic drop-down menu, Return
5.) Provide as much information possible about your return, including pictures. Or have them ready for a later time. 


 

 


Q. I just shipped back my return, what’s my status?

A.
Your guess is as good as ours. All returns should be sent via a traceable method and packaged so that the item won't get damaged en route back. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be able grant you the refund. If we receive the item damaged, you will be held responsible and charged up to a 30% restocking fee. To prevent this issue we suggest purchasing a delivery tracking service and/or insurance for a small fee.

Please note the item does need to be in our possession within 30 days. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit.


 

 


Q. How long will it take to process my return once you receive it?


A.
We generally process returns within 1 business week of receiving the product.  But due to the increase in order volume during the Halloween season, this process may take up to 4 weeks, we appreciate your understanding.



PLEASE NOTE

* If you return more than five items from your order you will be charged a 40% minimum restocking fee.
* Orders that are returned as refused, unclaimed, insufficient address or is undeliverable will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
* Any item returned outside our normal return guidelines (found above) is subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
