Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. The cutoff time for an order to go to processing is 9AM PST. Any order received after 9AM PST is processed next day or the day after. If there is a processing delay in your order for any reason, you'll be notified of such delay. If for any reason, you didn't received any email correspondence from us regarding order confirmation and shipping confirmation, please contact us to verify your order status. 

*FREE SHIPPING is only valid on costumes and accessories up to 10 lbs. It does not apply on any other products. 

Order Cancellation/Changes: 

We read contact emails 10 AM - 6 PM PST 5 days a week. We won't be able to honor any cancellation/change request after 5.30PM PST since the orders will be gone for processing at the distribution center for next day processing. There is no way for us to locate your package and cancel/change. The package will take its course and will be shipped out. Once you receive the package, you'll have an option to return the package. Please see our return policy for details.
