How can I be assured that the site is secure for shopping?
TrendyHalloween.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to prevent your information from being viewed by someone else when you submit it. It is a priority of ours so rest assured, you are 100% safe on our site.
Do you charge sales tax?
Tax charges will be applied based on the state you live in and local taxes in that area. We only collect sales tax for shipments sent to California addresses.
What type of payment do you accept?
Trendy Halloween accepts major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Alternatively, we accept Paypal as a form of payment as well. Only one form of payment is accepted per transaction.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell electronic gift cards in denominations of $25, $50 and $100. There is no shipping required as they are all emailed digitally. Learn more here.
When will my credit card be charged?
Payments made via credit card are immediately charged which expedites the processing of your order. If you choose to use Paypal for your Trendy Halloween purchases, please visit them here for more information about how charges are made.
I would like to cancel my order, how do I go about doing that?
For your convenience, orders placed before 10am will begin processing that same business day. If you wish to cancel or make changes, submit your request within 1 hour by logging into My Account here and leaving a note there or filling out a Contact Us request form here.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee any cancellations/changes after this cutoff period as the order is being staged for processing. For more information about returns please visit our Returns & Exchanges section here.
I just placed an order last week, and now it’s on sale, can I get a price adjustment?
We’re sorry, but at this time Trendy Halloween doesn’t offer price adjustments or partial refunds.
I did not get a confirmation email, can you resend it?
Since our system is automated, an email is automatically generated and sent to the email provided at checkout, however our emails do sometimes end up in the spam/junk folder. Please use the contact us form here and select Online Order Questions from the drop down menu. Please make sure you include the name and email used during checkout and we will resend the confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. Alternatively, you can also contact us directly (323) 300-5197 11am-5pm Monday thru Friday PST. For immediate assistance, however longer than normal wait times can be expected during Halloween season.
What is the status of my order?
You can review your order history by signing into your account here and then clicking on the “View Order” button.
Why can't I log in to view the details/update on my order?
If you checked out as a guest you cannot log back in into an account that you didn't create. Please send us an inquiry via our Contact Us form here.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on your location, weight of the item, and how quick you would like it delivered. Adding an item to your cart will allow you to receive a shipping estimate (located on the right side of the webpage) by selecting a state and zip code and clicking the calculate button. What location do you ship from?
We ship all of our items from several Los Angeles warehouses that are located in California.
What does this costume include?
We make every effort to accurately describe an item however if you find that a listing lacks information, please use the Contact Us here page and leave us a quick message stating the name of the product and/or item number. Please include a valid email address and we will make every effort to contact you within 24-48 business hours (longer during the Halloween Season).
I am an International customer, will custom fees/duties/taxes be paid by your company?
Unfortunately no, all duties must be paid by the customer upon arrival and varies depending on the destination country. Additionally, we cannot declare any order as a gift or lower the value of items being sent, we apologize.
